How much is this cool app?
Well, usually it's priced at $8.99 but we release it for free once a month so be sure to check back often.
Do you guys update this often?
We're working hard to get a new version as I type this.
We cannot release too much info, but it'll certainly deserve a version 2.0 label.
Does it work on all versions of iPod/iPhone?
Unfortunately no, you'll need iOS v4.3 and up to run this app.
I have to send my invoices in a different language. What do I do?
Go to Settings > Template Settings and you can edit all text snippets available in your Invoice and Estimates
How do I add shipment values to my invoice?
You may create a product named Shipment to hold this amount.
However, our next update will contain a separate field for this feature.
I don't want my bank information in the invoice!
Go to Settings > Other Settings and switch the Bank Information OFF.
What's the deal with the Discount and Tax fields for Products?
You may sometimes provide temporary discounts for some of your products. Similarly, some products are taxed under a different regime than other, like luxury items. For these you are able to setup separate discount and tax information on a per product fasion.
Note that both product discounts and taxes are added to the main Invoice Discount and Tax
How do I remove a certain field from appearing in my Invoice?
This is not a straightforward process, but use the Settings > Template Settings screen to empty the label associated with your field, and make sure your field is empty as well.
If you want to remove your registration code from appearing, empty the field using Settings > Company Details and perform the same operation on its label, Settings > Template Settings.

If you still have a bit of a problem working things out, here's a short summary.
Touch the top-right button labeled with a [+] sign to launch the New Client menu: import a contact from your address book or create a new client.
Don't worry, you can always edit your client details by pressing the client name from the details screen
Client Details: You can use the Phone and Email fields to take the appropriate actions.
Manage your inventory. Your products hold a name field, your unique code, a price, a measuring unit, individual discount and special tax fields.
Please note that your product discount is added to the Invoice discount, if one is provided. The same goes for the Tax field, which should be used on specially taxed items.Buy from App Store Tell a Friend
Make sure you take the time to setup your app before using
Navigate to Settings > Company Details and enter the information you want to appear in your documents.
For easy access, your Estimates and Invoices are grouped for each Client. Once open, you're able to add products, quantities, a discount and a tax.
An overview of your Invoiced amounts is also provided for you, along with an Options button where you can: Preview your results, Print, Send or Copy the contents to a new Draft Invoice.
The information entered here will be merged into your documents.
Measuring units have only one field, their name, and are used for merging into your Invoices and Quotes.
Three properties are associated with each discount and tax: an internal name, a flat or percentage type and a value which define how the amount discounted or taxed is to be computed.
The name field is used for identification only and it will not be printed into your Invoice.
Also named Template Language, this screen allows you to change any text in the template as you see fit.
Please note that this screen only contains labels and not Invoice values.
If you decide to include an inline Logo (located on your device), please note that some email clients strip this type of information. Same goes for a Logo URL.
Invoice Index is your current ... Invoice Index. This number will be assigned to your next Invoice and will be incremented each time you create one.
Include a Blind Carbon-Copy (BCC) with all emails going out from your app. You can use this field to get a copy of all outgoing communication so you have it all on file.
Add or Remove your Bank Details and Product Codes by switching their respective options to ON or OFF.
Also setup your preferred Currency which will be used in all your outgoing documents.
Setup your PayPal Merchant Email and Currency, allowing you to include a PayPal fast payment link in your Invoices.
Chart with your results over a 6 months period. Allows you to visualize the number of Invoices you sent and their value.
